Found capsule, but not what it was. It says barr on it, and I believe it had been prescribed to me for stress

I appreciate your time, and thank you for your help. The capsule I found was oblong, half yellow, and half red. On the yellow part, the word barr is written directly over 302, so I believe barr may be the companys' brand or generic name. On the red side it has printed 50. I believe it was a non-narcotic medicine they tried to control my anxieties, but I have slept since then, so if someone out there could help me out, thank you so very much. A.M. Bell

well, I didn't find anything here: http://search.drugs.com/imprints.php.
then I went here: http://www.chwframe.staywellsolutionsonl.and found it for you. It's http://www.chwframe.staywellsolutionsonl.Hydroxyzine tablets or capsules
What are hydroxyzine tablets or capsules? HYDROXYZINE (Vistaril庐) is an antihistamine. This drug relieves itching and allergic skin reactions; may relieve emotional conditions that result in anxiety and tension; reduces nausea and vomiting; helps make you sleep before surgery or at bedtime, and may help with pain relief after surgery. Generic hydroxyzine tablets or capsules are available.
All you need to do is contact CVS Pharmacy, or Wal-Mart and they can tell you exactly what the pill is. I do this all the time when I cant remember what an RX was for or if I find a blank bottle with a pill in it. I've found medicine in houses I moved to or cars I've bought and I called the pharmacy and told them I found it and they looked it up and told me what the medicine is.
Definitely take it to a pharmacist, but Barr Laboratories makes mostly Bacteriacides, like Erythromycin, which is for people who are highly sensitive to penicillin. Not quite an antibiotic, but, may have been described to you a such. They also make birth control pills. I doubt the pill is anxiety-related, since Barr is in the business of killing cells and bacteria. :) (That sounds kind of morbid, sorry)
when in doubt, throw it out
