I am cosidered slightly Myoptic (cant see far well )and my SPH is -1.00 on both eyes and thats it on my prescription. Am I 20/30 20/40 20/50 etc?

you will be 20/40 .
my right eye is +1.50 -0.50
my left eye is +0.75
the last exam the right eye is now worst than the left one.
You can't tell by your prescription. Some people have a prescription of -1 and see 20/25. Others will see 20/40. It depends on you. Ask your optometrist.
