having muscle tremors in the abdomen region, upper legs and buttocks. What could this be caused by?

When im in bed i feel like there is a flickering of small muscles in my lower abdomen. Also odd muscle spasms in small muscles in my butt. I am also having slight abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen region.

you might want to find a doctor. right lower abominal pain could be apendicitis, you might just have exercised to hard but if not muscle spasms can be from bacteria, some toxins, or some stress issues

It could just be your muscles relaxing from whatever you were doing that day, especially if youve been working out or going to the gym.But um, your appendix is on the right side of you abdominal region, so if there is a possibility you could have appendicitis, see your doctor.
And if it still keeps on after awhile, you might want to be checked out anyway XD

Muscle twitching can be calcium deficiency. The pain in the right lower quadrant could be more serious situations involving the liver or another organ. See a doctor to be on the safe side.
