trust me, the way I abuse my body, putting my organs into a needy person will only kill them quicker not prolong their life.

Some people do not do so for Biblical Reasons. the bible says to abstain from all forms of blood. That could include Organ Donating.

I am an organ donor. And incidentally, a Christian with no moral compunctions against donating. If I recall correctly, the "abstain from blood and things strangled" passage dealt with eating things.

I have a card filled out.. for no reason of course. I'm 20lbs overweight and I smoke.. so no one is going to want my organs.. and my eyesight sucks.
I have one filled out for my 1 and 4 year old boys. Should anything ever happen to them, I would like to know that another parent didn't have to see their child die for lack of a donor.
in my county all of us are organ donors, unless you tell your doctor opposite.
