have scientists successfully implanted stem cells into a human?

I've been working on a paper, and I want to know if scientists/doctors have actually tried to implant non-specialized embryonic stem cells into the human body.
Answers:
Clinical trials of re-implanting isolated 'adult' stem cells have been undertaken. A number of these studies have been directed at repairing damaged myocardium after a heart attack by infusing purified adult bone marrow derived and other stem cells.Other studies where recipients are infused with stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood have been used to successfully treat children with various disorders. At present, there have not been reports of implantation of embryonic stem cells into humans.
