I say this because, to get Rx pads to begin with you need to be a doctor or licensed practitioner and also have a specific number to write Narcotics. trust the number is given out by the Federal govt. and if a doctors Rx pads get stolen then that's your A*$ that's in trouble. But if you like to get 10-to 15 then be my guess.
